Hello Peter.
I am just confused at this stage, after all those efforts of trying to get back my CD's from Europcar, I now got back a response that they searched the car and there was no CD in the car, They also mentioned that they cannot take responsibility of lost items in their cars. I am so furious at this point because I spoke to their staff about my CD. I did not just waste my time doing so but I also wasted my time by making phone calls to them. My CD got stuck in the faulty stereo. Its not enough that they gave me a car we a non functional stereo but they had to my CD as well. To me this is, Europcar staff is untrustworthy. They my CD's and a petty lunch pack. What happens when one leaves a valuable item, will it be too? So disappointed. You would think a company this big would be trustworthy but it just proved me wrong. No matter how you look at it, this is. EUROPCAR staff steals. I will do all that I can to ensure that everyone hears this, even if it means I have to right reports every week about this. I will until I get my CD's. I refuse to be your victim
