Supa Quick
Not so so quick - in fact, not at all

I took my vehicle to SQ Main Rd, Obs, Cape Town two weeks ago for wheel alignment. I explained to the booking clerk where my immobilizer cut off button is. While my vehicle was there I was called and told that the vehicle also needed a CV joint. I said to do it as well as the car would have to be re-aligned afterwards. When I collected my vehicle the entire button for the immobilizer had been pulled out of the carpeting where it was hidden previously.
Thereafter the vehicle went for a service (next door) where I was advised the vehicle desperately needed shocks. The garage was surprised that SQ had not advised me of this.
I took the vehicle to SQ last week for shocks and again explained where the immobilizer is - although now it was exposed it was hardly difficult to miss. On collecting my vehicle the entire immobilizer is faulty and will not work. I have to lock my vehicle manually and the inside light stays on no matter what. I have now taken out the globe. The faulty/impaitred immobilizer is now draining the battery (which is new) so I am unable to start the vehicle. I have had to join the AA at huge cost and still have a car that cant be used as it wont start!
