I have been a customer of this branch and have always had a good experience. However last month I booked my vehicle in to fit a new Mag and Tyre and also do a wheel alignment. Everything took about an hour to do as they put the orientation of the Tyre on wrong the first time. I then went home. Wanting to go somewhere later on that afternoon I tried to insert the address of a restaurant on my gps, it was Gone! I know for a fact that it was taken because I had used it the morning before I booked my vehicle in. I put my gps under a bunch of papers on my seat. So didn't recognized that it was gone while on my way home. I informed Supa quick the moment I found out and they said that they would investigate. After 2 days I went to the branch and spoke to the manager there. He said he will contact me the moment they have decided what they would do. Its been 3 weeks now! No response from them. The manager had a attitude. When I asked for surveillance evidence, He said their server broke. (How convenient). Also, there was no manager in the shop at the time. I had to leave my vehicle unlocked so that they could so the alignment. I want to know whats going to happen from here. Annoyed!!
