Pathetic after 2 Years

At the time of purchasing my vehicle new they were quick to make a buck off me. Now 2 years later I found that when i want to put in warranty claims, I've been told the vehicle has not been registered on TATA's WarrantiWide system at the time of purchase. It now seems as if it is my problem. I was told I must now go back to the dealer to recitify the problem. When I phone them they put the phone down or there is a problem with their lines??? I feel that this is not my problem. But also if I dont get it soughted; next time when or if something breaks I will be in for a problem of note. So, now I expect the Dealer Principal from Tata Pretoria Central to phone me and get my Vehicle registered. Then I also expect a manager from Imperial to phone me and put pressure on these guys to register the vehicle now. Im tired of this. A word of advise to all, please check that your vehicle has its warranty in place and that it shows on the computer system: WARRANTIWIDE. Please check. These companies are pathetic.
