THE WORST AND MOST INCOMPETENT SERVICE

Took my car in for service (15000km) and check knocking noise on steering last Wednesday. First they claimed it didn't exist, then they claimed that all Xenon's make this noise, when I proved them wrong they have started to "fix it" by replacing my steering rod with the steering rod from a used Xenon that is not making that noise. I have paid for service plan, maintenance plan and have new warranty now I must expect 2nd hand parts??? This did not fix the problem. 7 Days later I am still without a vehicle, have phoned Dealer Principal who does not return my calls, service manager is fobbing me off to Tata South Africa and will not consider courtesy car and he has a really bad attitude. I am at wits end. 7 days without a car, and they cannot tell me when I can expect it!!! if this is what owning a Tata is like I can see why their reputation is so bad and would rather sell it now and get a real car like Toyota that I know it won't break and the service ix excellent. I was warned not to buy Tata and should have listened. MY ADVICE DO NOT BUY TATA AND DO NOT USE IMPERIAL SELECT you will regret it.
