I bought a Hyundai i20 from Imperial Select Boksburg Chery / /Futon. The sales person was Kenneth Nyembe.
1. I took ownership of the vehicle onFriday 27 October 2013. On Saturday my son told me that the back wheel looked like it was loose. I pulled over at a garage wanting to tighten the wheel nuts. The wheel spanner did not fit!
2. There was a noise coming from the back of the vehicle, I phoned Kenneth on the Monday, he immediately knew what I was referring to and told me that all i20's do that. I then phoned Hyundai head office and I was told to take the vehicle to Hyundai myself to have then check what was wrong. The fuel tank needs to be replaced. Why did I have to do this, the problem needed to be sorted out by Imperial select before the vehicle was sold.
3. I have been sending Kenneth e mails and a lot of the time my mails get ignored. Was promised to have the license delivered and I am still waiting.
4. I waited 2 weeks for the spare key.
5. I e-mailed the dealer principal with regards to bad service and he did phone me back, but I am still waiting for my queries to be resolved. Still waiting for my license disc, my number plate a
