E-mail sent to dealer as per following: Please note my vehicle has broken down for the 3rd time during less than a 2 month period due to an electronic fault which was my understanding from the feedback I received on the previous 2 occasions. This will be the 3rd time my vehicle is being checked by yourselves. On the second occasion my vehicle was booked in with you, I requested a full report on the problem with the vehicle, but you didn't deem it necessary. My Tata warrantee has now expired and the problem has not been resolved. Furthermore, this is causing me huge inconvenience and that's besides the safety issue of the vehicle randomly breaking down. It's by 's grace that I wasn't in a dangerous situation on all 3 occasions. Besides that I started at a new company on the 18th of July in a temporary position. I was unable to go to work yesterday. If this problem persists I stand in danger of losing my job and subsequently loss of income. I hope you can see the urgency and importance of me resolving this problem asap. I please need clarification as to what exactly is wrong with the vehicle. Please send me a full written report.
