Imperial Select Multi Franchise
Disgusting service!

I purchased my vehicle from the dealership in December and have yet to receive the registration papers and number plates. I have phoned constantly and have been told that I would be called back and updated with regards to the stage of the process and have yet to receive a call. I am tired of having to use my time and money trying to run after and do the job of the sales people at the dealership! I am the client and expect to be treated as such! I don't have the time to phone around and be sent from pillar to post regarding the registration of my vehicle! It has been almost two months to the day and I am sick and tired of being treated as if the registration of my vehicle is my problem! I bought the vehicle from a dealership to avoid that! I am very disappointed in the dealership and expect things to get sorted! And I would also appreciate if someone tells me that they will call me back that they will indeed do so and not leave me to follow up!
