I received a call in January from Zinziswa who works at Ram who confirmed my home address as the drivers were on their way to drop my parcel I asked if it can't be delivered were I work and she took the details and was to call me back but never received a call.
Called Zinziswa after a while she made it clear that she has other people to call and didn't have time to call me, I requested to speak to a superior I was transferred to Ryan he took my details and promised to call me back, never received a phone call from him.
After 2 days I called through to Ram offices Cape Town and I spoke to Shaun Bell who I assume is the Branch Manager related the whole story to him, he promised to make sure that I get my parcel as it was return back to the sender that was 2 weeks ago and he promised to call me back.
I called Shaun today and he tells me I'm suppose to contact the sender as they needed my Id No. and he never bothered to inform me which I could have done 2 weeks ago and probably have received my parcel.
Their service is appalling.
