This is completely frustrating the following people in your customer service department is pathetic
I called to track my parcel and was transferred to Busi who was so unhelpful and could answer no questions that i asked. I called again to speak to Shaun who had no manners, placed me on hold and then transferred me back in the queue. Finally i got through a helpful lady Tabiseng who assisted.
Really all i needed to know was where my parcel and what is taking so long since the driver had the parcel since 7th and today is the 11th
