I called my service provider to find out when my device will be delivered. They tell me that RAM tried to call me the whole day yesterday to no avail. Which is strange because I didn't get a missed call or notification that I missed a call from them. So I contact their contact centre and they tell me that the parcel is at witbank branch. I call witbank branch at 8:31 to find this rude lady who first says that she cannot pick up my parcel with the tracking number I gave her, the same tracking number that the call centre used to tell me the location of the parcel a minute ago. After minutes of explaining to her where the parcel was from and where its going she finds it and tells me it will be delivered today. Nothing. I tried calling them and the phone was off the hook for a whole hour. I called the call centre again and they tell me the parcel hasnt been booked out yet. I tried calling again and now they tell me the parcel will be delivered tomorrow because they didn't have my contact number. How can they say they dont have my number if they could not get hold of me yesterday? And why wasnt I asked for my contact number if they didnt have it when I called earlier. Petty service.
