Once again Speed Services goes on strike and there is no communication to advise customers. I have many customers who prefer overnight delivery and are willing to pay the higher fee for this service. However i find it dishonest that Speed Services accepts new business when they are aware that they cannot meet their obligation. I would have sent it with another company had I known, i have lost R5000 so far as my clients have gone elsewhere because of this. My tracking number is TC184914263ZA.
