Misleading The Custome

Dawn Wing arrived at the place of delivery this morning 09:41AM, due to unforeseen circumstances, I was not on site to receive my parcel, I called Dawn Wing on 087 805 0400 to make alternative arrangements and confirmed that my parcel will be delivered at 14:00PM. At 15:22PM I called Dawn Wing to find out the ETA of my parcel, I was told that the Dawn Wing driver will arrive with my parcel just after 16:00PM. At 17:31PM I called Dawn Wing once again to find out where my parcel was, first my call was cut, I again called back. Once I got through to Dawn Wing, I was told that all the drivers were in a meeting. I was asked to leave my contact details so that the driver could call me back after the meeting to arrange the drop off of my parcel. I called Dawn Wing for a final time today at 19:33PM as I had not yet received a call back, Dawn Wing did not answer. I feel that Dawn Wing mislead me to believe that my parcel was to be delivered today, only to find myself still with NO parcel delivered.
