Bad service and a don't care attitude from VW Strijdom Park Malibongwe Drive

We took the car (POLO VIVO) for service on the 10 Jan 2013 to VW Strijdom Park Malibongwe Drive, we discovered that the alarm was very soft after the service you can barely hear the alarm. We reported the fault on 11 Jan 2013 and surprisingly no one cared to check what was wrong with the car they just dismissed it. When the car went in for service it only had the airbag light that was constantly on and they were asked to check out. I think whoever serviced the car was incompetent as he can't explain what happened to the alarm when asked what could have changed and why this only happened after the car was serviced, this is very frustrating.

Andre Grobler, the branch manager didn't even care about the issue as he dismissed it saying that there is no way that his technician might have tempered with the alarm and if we don't mind we can contact VW South Africa offices on (0800 111 992). If this is how VW operates then too bad for VW owners around South Africa, well we are waiting for Head Office to also give us the bad news. This makes one to reconsider selling and never to buy anything from VW anymore. Poo
