My Hyundai Sonata was taken to Hyundai Strijdom Park for airbag re-coding. They took 6 weeks to get the job done. I reported the matter to Hyundai Head office customer care. They have not done anything other than open what they call a case and further not provide any feedback. After Strijdom Park chance taking they finally manage to find a problem. However, they refused to release a car due to invoice number and they could not make the effort to call relevant parties to supply the invoice number.
Hyundai South Africa and Strijdom Park dealership got very poor service.
