Phoned in for a service of the alarm and fault login. line was droped twice after holding on for a while and when the call eventualy was taken, the person answering had a bad and dissrespectfull attitude. the person could not assist me with the problem i had and was eager on cancelling of the contract as long as i have to pay a cancellation fee. the person who helped me did not introduce her self and did not even bother finding out what the problem was. the person also droped the phone on me with out assisting me. and all i wanted was for my alarm to be serviced and to check why there was no armed response when the alarm went off.
