Took my car in for a service 25th June 2013, and got treated like a king, friendly staff and very helpful, defiantly a thumps up for Strijdom Park VW, even on the day of collection, this service quality was fantastic.
However, if I didn't happen to spot a blue mark on the drivers side door, I would have missed two nasty dents.
Nothing huge, but how would you feel if you just bought your first car a week ago and someone did this to it?
I was assured that they will fix it, but I shouldn't have to go through all this extra PT after a service. Now its again, organising transport, and also worrying about if I don't get a few more dents when i send it back.
Really not impressed with the Strijdom Park VW, more consideration should be put into the care of their customers vehicles.
