Call centre very slow to pass enquiry to branch

I looked up PG Glass on the net this morning, and went to their very nice website. They have a big notice that you can enter your details online, and your query will be sent to the nearest branch who will contact you. I completed the online form at about 10h30, and had no response at all. The website also gives the call centre number, so I called that at 11h20. I gave all my details, including the size of the window that needs to be replaced to the lady who took my call. My enquiry would be forwarded to the nearest branch and they would call me.By 15h00 I had still not heard anything. The call centre said I should call the branch directly. When I called the branch, they told me that they had only just received my request from the call centre 5 minutes before! They also did not have the details of the size of the glass, which I had given to the call centre. They then also told me that they were already fully booked for the next 2 days. So much for speedy service - disappointed that the call centre took so long to get my request through to the nearest branch. Managed to get hold of the Blackhealth branch though, and they will replace the window tomorrow morning.
