I called the call centre on 25 Nov and spoke to Petronella who promised to send my details to the Fourways branch concerning a broken window pane. On Tuesday 26 Nov I called Fourways branch myself and spoke to Nthombi Nkosi. i explained my problem and she asked me to send her an email with my details and the dimensions of the broken window. It is a week later and I have still not had either a phonecall or an email in response. I phoned 4 other glass firms and they all responded on the SAME day.
Serious lack of customer interaction and also quite short and disinterested on the phone.
