PG Glass - Bad Service, don't want business

On 10th May, logged claim for replacement of my car's windscreen with PG Glass, received sms confirmation on same day to confirm that insurance company had authorized replacement windscreen and branch would be contacting me soon. Was never contacted by Fourways branch. After numerous calls to PG Glass call centre to find out when would windscreen be fitted, got no positive feedback from them, only excuses such as, phone lines were down at branch, system has been down at branch, there is no electricity at branch. Even Call Centre Manager, Farouk, promised to sort out problem and phone me back shortly... still waiting. Have decided to cancel claim and find different company who wants to do business. Will never think of using PG Glass in future.
