CARD / ATM - BANK DOESN`T WANT TO REFUND ME

At 08:57 on the 30th Oct 2013 i received a text message, regarding a withdrawal which took plan at Siyabuswa Mall. And I was in Witbank at the house at the time, i called Nedbank to cancel my card and report the crime committed. The call centre agent cancelled my card and gave me a reference and then told me to go to the nearest branch to log a "saswitch query" and submit and show proof that my card is still on me. I went to Klipfontein branch and they told me the saswitch query won`t help me and i must come back tomorrow (the 31st) and they will start the investigation... No details were taken.. No empathy shown... Nothing has been done for me until now...!!! If you cannot get help from the call centre nor the branch, when are we supposed to go??? I am very disappointed with Nedbank`s attitude in this regard...!!!
