Shocking - Incompetent Staff / Process

I did an online loan application via FNB Online Banking. I sent the required documentation through as requested, including my telkom invoice. The next day I received an sms saying I should visit my nearest branch with proof of address to verify my details. I did so yesterday and spent two hours in the FNB branch, I went there twice. I rent with a friend and the lease agreement is in his name. The FNB lady advised me to get a copy of the agreement and to have him fill in the "indvidual living with another" form. I did this and took it back again. They updated my address on the system on all my accounts.

I then called the loans call centre, they advised me to send them the lease agreement and individual form aswell even though I went to a branch, I sent it. This morning I called and they said it was not received. WHY THEN DID I HAVE TO GO IN TO A BRANCH FOR 2 HOURS TO CHANGE MY ADDRESS?? hen I sent it 7 times again this morning, I was advised that all is in order and is now being processed.

I received another sms now saying I should visit my nearest branch to verify my address details again. Are you crazy?? What is the status on my loan application and why are you not accepting proof of address
