Misleading information to complete a deal

I traded in my car on wednesday to buy another car from GM Germiston, the transaction was handled so poorly that they failed to tell me that my car is only settled after my installment on the 1/2/12 so I happily signed the contract thinking my car was settled in FULL. After my debit order was sent back the weekend and debit order return fees placed on my account did I enquire from Wesbank only to find that was the settlement conditions. The dealership has now shrugged it off as my responsibility...
