Account Debit Orde

I am so disappointed by Wesbank. I made a cash payment on my car finance account and again they deducted the money on my account. My account was in debit and the transaction failed so now the bank tells me that I need to to pay fees of R138 for the failed transaction and there will be another R57 incident fee. When I enquire about it the agent tells me she doesn't recall me asking them to cancel the debit order. Now I have to pay FNB R195 because of them.

Wesbank told me to call FNB because: this is their response:

Customer was in debit when d/o ran fnb might send same back ask him to check with fnb cannot take this chance & refund & d/o r/d's
.
They are afraid that the bank will double charge them and not care about the customer... Now I have penalities with the bank..

Dissapointed!
