Wesbank, how can you be so INHUMANE and HARDHEARTED

I bought 2 vehicles from Wesbank prior to the 1 in question and paid it before its appointed term, thinking that i was building a relationship, yet this was an illusion built by you people. I am extremely dissapointed and upset for the embarassment you put me through and the fact that you forgot that you are still human and not controlled by a system 24/7.I bought my audi in 2010 after settling my bmw. All went well until Wesbank failed to deduct a debit order from my account, containing R56, 000, 00 at the debit order time. I signed a debit order and the onus was upon you to deduct, yet you failed and allowed this non-deducted amount to accumulate interest. i paid you perfect until this incident, yet you people do not consider any of this NOTHING. your terms and conditions state that: failure to pay may lead to the repo. of the vehicle, yet you failed to deduct and this lead to the repo of a car ive been paying for 3 years. Is this fair. tests us all differently. I went through a difficult one this year, so situations forced my to be put under debt review in April 2013, still I paid my car. In Aug 2013 wB repo my car because they failed to deduct in Dec. I want my car back. PLEASE HELP
