Debit order taken on the 6th and not the 1st

My MTN debit order is set to go off on the first of every month. Every month, for years now, my debit order goes off as it should. On the 7th of March I get an sms to say my transaction failed, right after that i get another sms saying the transaction went through successfully. This morning another sms saying the transaction failed.

I phone the bank and I hear that my debit order was only taken on the 6th of March. I would like to know who gave authorization for that to take place? I also have banking costs to pay now. Who is going to take responsibility for that? How long do you want me to wait before I withdraw the rest of my money to pay my other bills? I have a budget which you have now completely messed up.
