1. Dollar thrifty deducting money from account without sending a invoice etc just to indicate what the deductions were for.
2. Employee, Adrian, laughing on how many customer called them this morning re: tyres. Although it is in the contract that I am responsible for the car when I leave, I have the right know why and then I don't want to be laughed at my misfortune.
3. I am only one person, but Dollar Thrifty has lost my business.
4. The manger of this company apologized (which I do except), however this needs to be logged as a complaint so that it can be addressed.
