Shocking Service

I applied for E-invoicing with Avis car rentals to be able to get my invoices this way for the frequent car rentals I do from them. I got my login details, but there was only 1 invoice on their system while there should be 3. I contacted them, and to make a long story short, its now been 8 working days since I started with this and I still dont have my invoices. They did send me 3 invoices, which are for the wrong dates, the information and values are wrong.

How difficult can it be to send me the correct invoices.
