We are a VAT registered company and upon submitting our invoices to SARS we were informed that the invoices were incorrect. Kia had put in the WRONG address and not included our VAT and CK registration numbers. I sent the invoices back to KIA who simply scratched out and hand wrote in the correct information. SARS will not accept this. I emailed and called a number of times only to be met with poor service and shocking attitude. They refuse to correct the invoices as required by SARS and we are now as a result to KIA poor service losing a lot of money
