Each month I have to contact ADT and ask them to please send my invoices. I have made phone calls in the past, I have send numerous emails and each month it is the same story. I have to ask for the invoices to be emailed to me. Then the cherry on the cake is, is the fact that it seems they can not read my request, because then statements are sent to me. I have told them how many times that I can not make payments on a statement, but need the actual invoice. I have to ask more than once a month for the invoices and I am sick and tired of this poor service in the accounts department!!!
