DO NOT USE THE LONEHILL FOURWAYS EUROPCAR BRANCH

After being told that I must not be late with my pickup/collection of the rental car from the Lonehill/fourways Europcar branch at 16h25 on Friday afternoon, I waited until 18h00 and was presented with so much paperwork to approve (which by the way I have never had to sign for before at any of the other branches when renting before, on regular occasions) that eventually at 18h20 I was told to now wait for the car to be washed and checked. I demanded to speak to the manager. The manager then offered me another car - when I went to get into the vehicle I discovered someone had eaten their lunch in that car leaving the chicken bones lying on the seat, the polystyrene container and rubbish scattered. I had to insist the damages on the car be noted. The car stank. I have since realised that the aircon doesn't work, the vehicle has a major wobble from the tyres at speeds over 80km/h and there are all kinds of strange engine noises present. The service manager now refuses to take my call and I cannot continue like this any longer. We are now 6 days in and still no sight of a solution. Imagine!
