My insurance organized me a rental vehicle from Europcar Braamfontein, after i begged them not to get me a car from europcar because of the bad service. I had to deposit R750, I did that and after the rental i returned the car and i was told that i will be refunded within 7 days and when i asked about it 7 days later they told me that they are still busy with it and i wont be getting my full R750 instead i will receive R500.
Previously my colleague was also organized a rental car as well from Europcar by the same insurance and the vehicle was damaged by the employee of Europcar when he collected it from him and he was blamed for the damage and he ended up paying for the damage. After that he was blacklisted from Europcar after paying R1410.00 for the damage, so the Europcar service im not delightfully happy with their process.
