I booked car hire on a website [URL Removed] and was told to pick up from 18 Currie Road in Fourways. After driving around for 1.5 hours looking for Currie road, the number listed on the voucher 27 11 790 0042 is no longer part of the rental company. After phoning Europcar, they tell me they are no longer involved, its up to Travel Jigsaw, Travel Jigsaw say that if I cancel I will lose 3 days of my booking so my entire booking except for 1 day.
Eventually after reaching Travel Jigsaw, the service agent Lee will not give out he surname, and tells me that Fourways Downtown is near Rifle Range road. After trying to explain to him that Fourways and Rifle Range Road are nowhere near each other, he tells me that is my opinion and that by cancelling I will be billed for 3 days.
This amounts to - incorrect pick-up address, in correct contact telephone numbers, they are falsely advertising car hire that doesn't exist and are not prepared to cancel or give clear directions to where to pick the car up.
BEWARE EUROPCAR / [URL Removed] & TRAVEL JIGSAW ARE WHO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT DELIVER
