Faulty Hyundai i20 Remix

I bought a new Hyundai i20 Remix the 23/08/2012 through Fin Tech (Executive Toys) at Hyundai Strijdom Park on 12/11/2012 at 3809km the car overheated and was towed in to Hyundai Rustenburg on 13/11/2012. The next day (14/11/2012) they said the vehicle was fixed they only had to replace the thermostat. Within 400km (22/12/2012) the vehicle overheated again and was towed in on 21/01/2013 to Hyundai Rustenburg. They phoned me within 3 hours and said only the radiator cap needs replacing, and that the car was fixed. I insisted than they give me the documentation that proves that the engine was not damaged. Only after I insisted on this did they do the necessary tests. After 4 days Bradley Hendry (Hyundai SA - Customer Care) phoned me and told me that there were major damages to the engine. They said that they will send the engine to an engineering workshop to be fixed. Regardless of the fact that they can fix the car or not; I do not want the car seeing as it is not even 6 months old and the car has overheated twice causing major engine damages.
