Hi Peter
On Tuesday 19/11/2013 the fuel tank of our Hyundai I20 was leaking at a high rate when you start the engine of the car. I reported the matter to Hyundai SA (Customer Service) and they sent a tow truck. While the car was being towed away the nose-hooker (provided by Hyundai) broke into 2 pieces and the car rolled off the tow truck causing a damage to my car. This was again reported to Hyundai and they promised to call me back on the 20/11/2013 and they never called.
The car was taken to Hyundai Springfield Park and they promised to call me on the 19/11/2011 and they never called, they only called on the 21/11/2013 notifying me that the car is ready. I went the to pick up the car, nobody bothered to explain to me as to what went wrong and I had to probe and they told me that the fuel seal was faulty. This is the car that was serviced 2 weeks ago and NO APOLOGY for the inconvenience, damages and the fact that I lost litres of fuel and as if that was not enough, the car was very dirty because people were cutting grass next to my car.
