We bought a Brand New Hyundai I10 in June 2012, from the Alberton Branch... WHAT A BIG BIG MISTAKE!!!
My Journey started when we took the car for the first service, at the Alberton Branch, at 10 000km, to be informed that the car only has to be serviced at 15 000km, and was provided with the correct service book... well done Alberton.
Then my vehicle broken down in March 2013, before it could even go for its second service. The car was towed to the Germiston Branch. We where informed that the pulley had broken off... so the engine had to be repaired from New Vehicle Standing on the floor, as spares were not readily available. (or no car for a month) and my car received its second service at the same time. Now in June 2013, one year later from the date of purchase and my car was towed back to the Germiston as it would not start. It has now been there for 2 weeks and they are still trying to fix it.
We contacted the Dealer Principle from Alberton, Jaco Van Den Berg, well what a waste of time! He said he was not willing to help and it is not his problem cause the car was not towed to his workshop and we must contact Hyundai SA. Jaco should get the Worse Service Award for the YEAR!
