My 2012 Hyundai Accent (4000km) was towed in on the 13 Feb 2013 by the Hyundai Nelspruit dealership because it would not start. After 2 weeks of pestering them to give me an update of what the problem was, they said it was overevved and the valve is broken and they will send me a quote of how much it will cost to buy the parts and get the car fixed as it is not covered under warranty. A month later since the day it was towed in, i still do not have the quote and when i phoned in this morningto get the quote i was told that they are busy stripping the car down to establish what the problem is. I phoned the customer care line twice already and i still have not received any feedback from them. Its been a month now an i am busy paying for a car that i'm not even using. This is very disapponting and frustrating
