We took our Volvo to the Bedfordview outlet to be serviced. The car was driving fine up until we took it in for this service. The quote given to us was for almost R9000 and then escalated to almost R15000. When we went to pay this amount, then all of a sudden another quote was waiting for us. This was after 3 days. Then all of a sudden we get told we need to do a further R13000 worth of work because the car is not working!! When we phoned Volvo today to find out what the they did to the car, the phone was put down in my ear! I will not accept such behavior at all. I refuse to pay so much money for the car to be worse off than it was. We have already called head office and will go even further if necessary if this is not sorted out.
