On 5/11 I submitted a claim form to Finrite, on 6/11 I was advised to call an unknown company to arrange for collection of my damaged cell phone, even though the claim form has a field to complete where the phone shuld be collected from.
I reported back to the Call Centre Representative at Finrite that the company that I called had no idea what I was talking about or trying to arrange.
Numerous emails later from me to Karin and from Karin to Lucille de Lange at Courier It and Autopage and from me to Karin and I am still awaiting the collection of the phone.
I am now querying the ability of Finrite and Courierit to actually arrange for collection of the phone for assessment and would appreciate any feedback as to when the phone will be collected for assessment.
