VERY BAD SERVICE FROM HYUNDAI STRIJDOM PARK

I bought a motor vehicle from Hyundai Strijdom Park. The vehicle, which is still under guarantee, broke down on 24 August 2013 and it was towed to one of Hyundai's branches. I have contacted Hyundai Strijdom Park on numerous occasions, but with no luck. I then decided to appoint attorneys in order to get a response from them regarding the status of the vehicle. A letter was written to Mr Dave Venter the Principal dealer at Hyundai Strijdom Park by my attorneys, but the only response they received was that the letter was sent to Hyundai SA. My attorney also spoke to Mr Venter on 25 September 2013 and the same response was given. This is totally unacceptable as I am without a vehicle for a month now and nothing has been offered or corresponded to me.
