In September 2013 I had a accident on the road, damaging my sub frame of my Hyundai Accent. Its now 6 (going for 7) weeks later and my car is still not fixed due to a delay by Hyundai supplying the sub-frame part to the panel beater. 6 - 7 weeks might not feel long for others, but when it is your only vehicle then it becomes a frustration. My point; I cannot believe that a big company such as Hyundai has difficulty in getting Korea to supply parts for vehicle repairs? Maybe I am being difficult but I thought a month maximum are allowed for repairs especially for the fact that Hyundai models seem to be popular in South Africa recently... I mean Hyundai cannot even give a answer on when we can expect the part to arrive... for me that is poor service.
