Bad service

I tried to make a booking for my car for last week but BMW couldn't help because they were fully booked. Then I took it in because I didn't want to drive my car like it was.it kept losing power. I booked it inane asked BMW to give me a dedicated day for this week if they don't get to it. They told me that they will get to it and I don't haven to worry. On Tuesday they phoned and told me that they would probably get to it then. Wednesday they phoned and said they couldn't get to it but that they might take a look at it then. The afternoon they said that the technician is busy with his last car then mine is next. Thursday they phoned and said the car is on diagnostics but the machine keeps shutting down. Thursday afternoon they said that my car won't be ready by Friday. Friday they phoned and said that it might be some air "controller" but they need to strip the vacume to see if it is that and I need to pay an extra R2400 even if it is not that. We left messages on Friday afternoon to tell them they must continue. We didn't get any call back. Saturday we phoned and left message and still no reply. I can't believe such bad service!!
