Unacceptable service

Gugu contacted me 16:05 Friday afternoon to say unable to provide me with a car for 08:30am Monday. Earliest could be 12:00. I was cut off, phoned back, waited 13mins on hold to be told she would check the bookings for Tuesday. It came to 17:00 and the party that was going on there was so good the phones were not answered again. I phoned Sat and Mon morning to confirm my booking, spoke to Carol. All confirmed. Mon I waited at Tutuka Motors in Northriding until 10:05 before a car was sent. When Gugu was phoned she said the car was booked for Tues. I am working in Bruma and paid hourly starting at 07:00am, I arrived there after 11:00am.
It does not matter that it is month end, Friday afternoon or any other day of the week a business needs to employ reliable people. I value my job I certainly cannot say the same for the employees of Avis.
Is it possible to get a car out of Avis before 10:00am or are they still getting out of bed??
Why Outsurance is still using Avis is a sin!!!
