Poor service delivery, unwillingness to assist

My Car was towed incorrectly to the dealership in Vereeniging. On Friday 3 May (a week later) it was towed to the Westaget dealer. I received a message on the Monday informing me that the car is in Westgate. On Tuesday I phoned Ronel to find out what's wrong with the car. She replied that the car would go in for diagnostics that afternoon. On Wednesday I phoned and spoke to Doug Wood who told me the car would go in for diagnostics on Thursday. On Thursday Tata call centre phoned me and asked me for feedback on the service from the Vereeniging branch??? I explained my situation and had no response. I phoned Friday to find out what the findings were only to be promised that the car will go in for diagnostics "in the next hour". I phoned back at 12 and spoke to Doug. He said he was on training the previous day and could not help, he would get back to me. I emailed the Custer care and the email came back- unknown email address. I phoned them this morning, it's says leave a message and we will get back, but there is no space in the mail box!!! Today is the 14th day I'm without a car and nobody even bothered to look it it yet?! Should the shame be on me for buying a TATA?
