I bought a bed for my spare room last week Monday and was told they didn't have that particular one in stock but it would come in by Wednesday morning and they would deliver it that same afternoon. Wednesday passed, Thursday passed and no word from them. So I called Thursday afternoon and was told it would be delivered Friday afternoon (with no apology at all for the complete lack of contact from their side). Friday passed, the weekend passed - still no bed! Finally I called again today and was told the delivery would be made by 3pm. It's now almost 5pm and I still don't have a bed - and not once in this whole process have I been contacted by them. Shocking service all round. If I haven't heard back by tomorrow I am going to demand a refund.
