Last week Thursday I took my car in for a service at Kia Midrand. At 15h00 the afternoon they confirm that the vehicle will be ready at 16h00 needless to say is was not ready, the card was given to my dirty not properly washed at all. Two items were not fixed on my vehicle. On Friday I phoned Kia South Africa to complain and was told me I need to send an email. On Tuesday I tried to phone the service manager at Kia Midrand left a message he did not return my call and then late that afternoon I phoned the dealer principle left a message and I am still waiting for him to phone me back. This morning I phoned Kia South Africa and was told I need to send an email and then I ask the question why can I not be assist telephonically. Eventually they did listen to my story and he said he will come back to me ...? and the waiting begin...
