FIRST WE WERE TOLD THAT THE CHEQUE WILL BE READY ON THE 15/12/2013 BUT THEN ON THE 17/12/2013 SHE SAID THAT THE CHEQUE STILL NEEDS ONE SIGNATURE, BUT THEN ON THE 23/12/2013 SHE SAID THAT THE CHEQUE WAS DATED FOR THE 27/12/2013. ON THE 27/12/2013 I WAITED THE ENTIRE MORNING, BUT THEN AGAIN SHE TOLD ME THAT THE PERSON THAT MUST CASH THE CHEQUE WAS IN Edenvale and she will phone me as soon as he is back and we can collect the money. on saturday the 28/12/2013 at 09h35 we went to her office and then she informed me that the cheque was actually made out on the branch manager Jaco name and that he will only be back on Monday the 31/12/2013 and then only we will be able to collect the money. every month its a differrent storie and we must wait for her or go to find out ourself whats happening, allthought when we bought the vehicle we were promissed that every month on the 29 the money will be in our account, but from the very first month we had problems and we still have problems and we are very dissapointed in the way we as customers are being treated and the type of service we receive from TATA PRETORIA NORTH.
