Waiting for my cheque for 2 weeks

I sold my car to Kia The Glen on 29 January 2013 and the sales lady promised me that she will go and collect my cheque at region office on Fryday 01 Febuary 2013, I phoned her that afternoon and ask if I can come and collect my cheque.
She informed me that the Financial manager is in Cape Town and will be back on Monday 04 Febuary and she promised to go and collect my cheque then. I had no problem with that and waited until Monday and phoned her also the rest of the week. I were promised always the next day, on Fryday 8 Febuary I was inform that all her cheques are signed and the driver is on his way to collect them. I was very relieved and waited till the afternoon and phoned again she was very very root to me and said she will see on Monday if it came. She let me felt like I am begging for money and I have never been threaded that bad in my life. I were so shocked that I left it till Monday, I phoned the reception on Monday 11 Febuary 2013 but ask for anyone except Tanja Swart that can help me with my cheque and they put me trough to Charleen that was so help full and explain to me that there was problems and she will get my cheque signed but I still haven't got my cheque YET!!
