On the 28th March 2013, I went to FNB to reverse the Debit Order of Amazing Voucher Company and Lindy the consulted helped me, as we were talking about the annoying reversal I have to do every month, I even mention to her I will close my current cheque FNB account to avoid this Amazing Voucher Company. Then Lindy the FNB consulted, advised me to open the new cheque account with the FNB and she will close the old cheque account. After the new cheque account paper work was done, she mentioned that I qualify for the Revolving Loan and she showed me on how to access the Revolving Loan on my phone. And Lindy told me to activate the Revolving Loan by taking money on the Loan, which I did. On April 2013 I realised that I now have two cheque accounts of which the old account was supposed to be closed as per our arrangement. On the old cheque account it was showing that I was owing R1 230.00. After all this costly "saga" on the 11/September/2013, I had the the meeting with branch manager, sales manager and Lindy, I was so disappointed with Lindy's opening statement when she stated that I came to collect the card on 28/March/2013. She about that day and I don't trust FNB anymore.
