Poor service consumer act want a new car immediate

My mom bought a new tata super ace cash from alda venter at tata pretoria north, then the arial broke off, brakes where gone under 3000km and leaking oil on the hubs and what not. After a huge struggle to get them to take the vehicle in, it has been with them for over 4 weeks now and the problems are still not fixed, according to the consumer act my mother may insist on a new vehicle from them, but from alda and jaco the branch managers we just get upon and empty promosis back, now they do not even respond here. So I will have to take them to the papers and carte blanche. They are totaly incompitent and won't know the truth if it hits them in the head. I will contact every one at tata from the bottom up till I get answers from them. They just walk over there customers and threat them like filth. I hope there will be something done about this
